Deposit Policy

Beginning January 1, 2023, Finess will require a deposit in order to be booked into our schedule.
Please note that once you're booked into our schedule, we reserve that time exclusively for you. Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations and no-shows have become more common over the past few months.
The deposit amount will be 25% of your total service price. This is a non-refundable deposit. If you need to cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a new deposit must be made on the new appointment.
Is the deposit an additional fee?
No, the 25% deposit is a portion of your total price that's paid upfront to hold your appointment. We'll subtract the 25% from your final payment.
What about bad weather?
Rainy days can be a huge inconvenience for mobile services. If there's bad weather, we'll reschedule your appointment for a better time or day; no other deposit will be required.
